Se deberá tener en consideración:
En el caso que el organismo judicial sea quien elabore el edicto, esté deberá notificar al casillero electrónico del Boletín Oficial boletinoficial-prov-bsas@bof.notificaciones el edicto, habiéndose realizado el confronte y verificado que se encuentre adjunto a la presentación electrónica como archivo PDF el pago tributario del mismo.
En el caso que el profesional sea quien elabore el edicto, el Organismo Judicial deberá realizar la notificación de la presentación enviada por el profesional, previo confronte del texto del edicto presentado, al casillero electrónico del Boletín Oficial boletinoficial-prov-bsas@bof.notificaciones habiéndose verificado que se encuentre adjunto a la presentación electrónica como archivo PDF el pago tributario del mismo.
