{"id":1807,"date":"2020-03-13T08:41:41","date_gmt":"2020-03-13T11:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/colabdol.com.ar\/wp\/?p=1807"},"modified":"2020-03-13T08:49:25","modified_gmt":"2020-03-13T11:49:25","slug":"coronavirus-medidas-de-prevencion-y-control-en-el-ambito-del-poder-judicial","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/colabdol.com.ar\/wp\/2020\/03\/coronavirus-medidas-de-prevencion-y-control-en-el-ambito-del-poder-judicial\/","title":{"rendered":"CORONAVIRUS: Medidas de prevenci\u00f3n y control en el \u00e1mbito del Poder Judicial."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Suprema Corte de Justicia dispuso la adopci\u00f3n de diversas medidas de prevenci\u00f3n conforme con lo dispuesto por el Ministerio de Salud de la Naci\u00f3n, ante la situaci\u00f3n epidemiol\u00f3gica de la enfermedad COVID-19 (Coronavirus).<\/p>\n<p>En ese marco, dispuso mediante <a href=\"https:\/\/colabdol.com.ar\/wp\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Ver-resoluci\u00f3n-271-20.pdf\">Resoluci\u00f3n 271\/20<\/a>, adherir a las disposiciones del Decreto del Poder Ejecutivo de la Provincia de Buenos Aires N\u00ba 2020-04974866-GDEBA-GPBA, estableciendo el otorgamiento de licencias de car\u00e1cter excepcional a todo magistrado, funcionario y agente que reingrese a la Argentina proveniente de alguno de los pa\u00edses con casos confirmados.<\/p>\n<p>En tales casos, deber\u00e1n comunicarse con los profesionales de la Direcci\u00f3n General de Sanidad, Dres.
